More People Having Tattoos Removed In Tight Job Market.

The Sacramento Business Journal (4/30, Robertson) reported that "a growing number of people" are “having treatments to get the artwork off for personal reasons or to be more competitive in the tight job market." The article detailed the experiences of one young woman who underwent "13 treatments on her tattoo so far at a cost of $1,200," while another woman had to have two tattoos removed behind her ears or be barred from joining the Army. Dr. Rosio says that advances in technique he uses makes treatments nearly painless.
