American Academy of Dermatology holds a
Shade Structure Program

Every year the American Academy of Dermatology holds a Shade Structure program for schools across the country to receive a 8,000$ grant to build a Shade Structure at their school to protect the children from Ultra Violet rays in the out door areas. Also provided is a sign that is placed near the structure to promote sun safety. Each school must be sponsored by a dermatologist in the Academy. Dr. Rosio has sponsored a total of 4 schools on the past three years running.
